"Food was shocking and “landlord” was very rude. Waiting over an hour for food, when wasn’t busy at all. Told food was fresh but was definitely frozen when I finally received the food it was burnt. Was told that’s how the food was meant to be and the ‘chef’ offered if we wanted him to take the lid of our pie off… Majority of the food was inedible. Bar staff was very rude and no apology from anyone, such a shame. Will certainly not be returning."

I had a fantastic Sunday lunch that was cooked perfectly, accompanied by a couple of drinks. This restaurant never disappoints. It's recommended to make a reservation ahead of time, as popular venues tend to get busy.

Visited our local pub to try food since change of hands We had 2 very nice meals.I had rump steak with garlic, mushroom sauce and my husband Dirty chicken.The meat in both meals were very good with nice size portions.So pleased we now have some where to go locally for nice food

We have just had a Sunday roast which was great. We visited before a few years ago and were very disappointed with the food which was undercooked and cold. Needless to say we did not go back. What an improvement now, apparently new management and it really shows. We will be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The Sunday Roast offered a choice of Lamb, Beef, or Turkey, with the option to choose 2 for under £13 each. The meal was accompanied by fresh vegetables, Cauliflower Cheese, and delicious Gravy. The food was absolutely delicious and the pub had a lovely atmosphere. View menu

My family and I had a lovely time here at the Brent Knoll Inn. We all have a drink, i also get to have a drink of coke there, and the staff are nice and friendly. The pool table is great there, too. My niece and nephew had fun here at a table in the beer garden outside as well. And we would love to come back again someday.

Came in on spec with some old friends from Northampton to grab an evening meal. Food was exceptionally good, hosts accommodating and when it came to coffee diluted drinks, the landlord would not take payment. The restaurant has been going through a transition period but I’m glad to report all things are back to normal, if not improved. Highly recommended local pub restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.
