Fantastic service from Chris, gave us a lovely table. Thanx to Amanda for advice and sorting out an issue over promo codes. Lovely food and quick too. Perfect.

For our regular Friday night meal,on 28th Chris was a fantastic waiter ,he makes it fun ,he knows our names ,and especially my allergies,he goes out of his way ,and always makes it a lovely enjoyable visit Thanks Chris

Lovely atmosphere. Staff member was a bit delayed bringing a coffee over the previous evening, so was extra attentive over breakfast. Lovely staff and very chilled environment, especially in the morning. Can’t go wrong. View menu

Great food (love the upgrade ribs combo, or smothered platters, plus the fish n chips is always great I would definitely book a table online at least an HR before to reserve a table, as they sometimes turn away walk ins. Great views and lovely friendly and efficient staff too.

As usual,good food, great service, very reasonable price!. We go regularly, coffee in a morning,meal in the evening. Can't fault it!!!!. Great service with a smile . Well done, AMANDA,LEE, CHRIS,GARY, ELLIE,ALL THE CHEF'S AND NOT FORGETTING ALL THE OTHER STAFF BEHIND THE SCENES!!!!!.

Menu had been shortened. Not much choice. Staff friendly and busy. Food arrived, my dad had gammon roast dinner but it was like warm. The mashed veg was cold so had to send it back and asked for it to be heated for a couple of minutes. Wasn’t much better when it was brought back out. Coleslaw was forgotten for one plate of food. The waitress said she had forgotten it and would bring it out but she never came back with it. View menu

Restaurant pub is from the Brewers Fayre chain. It has a good menu with good value for money and tasy food. Staff were friendly and competent, and they were ensuring the respect of social distancing rules. However, the pub got very busy and it took a while to get my bill in the end, and in fact I had to ask for it. Also the pub is a bit far from the Llandudno town centre at mile, so a bit far to walk, hence the car is the better option to get there. Hence I have out of which is still a very good score. I would definitely eat there again.

I don’t do reviews normally but I need to start doing it I took my 2 children with me for a meal and 1 of my children suffers with ADHD and autism I seen people was complaining about my son screaming one of the workers came over and gave my 2 sons some Pop Fidgets he bought them out of his own money from the toy Machine and he was lovely to talk to saying don’t worry about your son is making a noise he said to me I know what your going though because his nephew suffers from it didn’t get his name he was a tall person like 6 foot odd if you get a chance can you tell him thank you for the talk and for my children toys because most restaurants tell me to get out but this restaurant doesn’t do t...

Some people would take our experience and make it negative.Things went wrong for sure but that’s how you measure a company in my book… you can’t praise or criticise them for doing what’s expected.So we had an issue with a voucher that wouldn’t go through the till and ended up paying full price. There were also items missing from my wife’s roast dinner.So first off the voucher… the poor lady on the till had been away for a few minutes and came back to a queue of people. Midway through trying to serve me another customer started pestering her for cutlery.
