Friendly casual restaurant that, while not being entirely vegan, devotes half the menu to vegan and veggie dishes literally! No hunting for whats vegan and what's not its all there easy to see.

The Cubes, inspired by Moroccan cuisine, was unbelievably delicious. The flavors were rich and well-seasoned. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was quick. I can't wait to go back!

Excellent quality food and cool restaurant, but portions are too small. Middle Eastern food is typically eaten family style, but they eat a lot of it. I live in London most of the year and pay much less there for quality and quantity.

I paid £90 for a table of 9, but only 7 of us showed up, which can happen with large groups. They charged us an additional £20 for the no-shows, which felt like daylight robbery. I would never return to this restaurant. The vegan options were decent, but overall, they felt overpriced.

Lovely vegan menu of nibbles, small and large plates. Really delicious food but quite small portions, so your bill may mount up if you're hungry! Dishes were served one at a time, which might be a space issue as we were dining at a small table, but it would have been nice to have the option to pick over the food as a whole. Would recommend for lunch rather than dinner, but it is only open from 1pm at the weekend. View menu

I live in Scotland, and whenever I'm back in Belfast to visit my family, I always struggle to find a place where we can all enjoy a happy and easy meal. Buba was undoubtedly the best vegan food I’ve had in Belfast. Half of the menu is vegan, and all the options are incredibly delicious. Everything I tried was fantastic, the service was excellent, and it was refreshing to see well-curated vegan choices instead of the typical risotto. The food was also reasonably priced; I truly can't recommend it enough!

Our party of two reserved a table, and I was pleased to find that about a third to half of the menu is vegan. We enjoyed various dishes including baklava, flatbread, cauliflower kebab, filo sweet cake, and a chocolate brownie paired with skyberry sorbet, all washed down with Belfast lager and water. Everything was absolutely delicious! The cauliflower was a bit too soft for my liking, but the flavors were great. I appreciated that the dishes weren’t overly oily, as I had some concerns since we usually stick to oil-free meals during lockdown and can find excessive oil uncomfortable. buba specializes in eastern Mediterranean dishes and offers a complete dedicated vegan menu. had lunch here on Sunday 19/08/2018 and loved the visually living style of the restaurant interior, which is filled with precious colors and beautiful detail. as it was a mild day, we sat outside and enjoy the hectic and the trubel des st. anne platz. I ordered the vegan menu and my appetizer from the main menu. we both loved the range of small plates called nibbles, flatbreads, bites, munches and sides. in particular my dishes of lemon chilli olives, flatbread with spinat, chili jam, spiced cauliflower and charred aubergine, granatapfel mint salad were more tasteful and tasteful. a really nice note...
