"we had a table reserved around 19 o'clock. we were there at 19 o'clock and waited to assign a table. we stood there for 5 minutes and were ignored, as the only waitress tonight and another waiter outside at the handy sitting while smoking. when we were led to our table, we got the card, but waited another 15 minutes for an operation to deliver our order. However, this one operation was overwhelmed because it was solely responsible for various tasks and forgot us. so we stood again around 19:20 clock from our table and left the restaurant completely upset. in general we find the facility nice, but the sessel are too low to eat, the remaining chairs are quite unpleasant. also it is very cold there. the children's play corner is absolutely annoying. because no music ran, it was very quiet. then only child screaming is more than annoying. service: absolutely under all cheer!"

as always very tasty, everything can only recommend. beautiful environment, delicious burger. they can also sit outside.

we were reserved for 04.01 and when we arrived at the restaurant, this was not open at all! there was nowhere to find a list that is vacation or otherwise. low performance, very disappointing.

the services did not come to our table to ask for drinks. the guests sat continuously without drinks at the table. alcohol-free cocktails were ordered and cocktails were brought to the table with alcohol. a pregnant woman was under.

the burgers were great. also pommes. one of the inlays (twist rings) was really bad. that's just a good one. the service was very hard but somewhat overwhelmed. ketchup and mayo came late (they are in other burger houses directly at the table.) but overall it was a successful experience.

The food was extremely disappointing, the service was friendly but slow and inaccurate. Multiple mistakes including meat in a vegetarian dish! I would advise anybody contemplating a visit to Burger House to avoid at all costs. My most disappointing dining experience in 5 years of living in Bavaria!!!

Having had my fill of local Bavarian food, I thought I would try a 'burger joint '. Regrettably, it was early evening and the restaurant was nearly empty. The blue cheese hamburger I ordered with sweet potato fries arrived in relatively short order, was cooked as ordered (medium rare). It was juice with the blue cheese giving it the spicy piquancy. Overall a good if rather lonely meal.
