Forgot chill cheese bites in our order chargers were working food was good except for the cheeseburger it was cold and didn’t have any cheese not very good service

Had lunch. Well it was supposed to be. The burgers were like cardboard and the fries were over cooked. Took ages to get so all in all a huge disappointment!!! How can you run a business like this ?

Bad The place needs a good clean. We had a bit of a wait for the food. When it did arrive I didn’t like mine, I felt it hadn’t been properly cooked. There was a women going around each table begging for money. Good The chips were nice and the restaurant is situated in a good location on Princes Street. Didn't like this place at all. Too many mistakes on my order when there was anything hard to do. They missed my chicken nuggets and when I got there to ask for then the package had 5 instead of 6. No napkins, and the sandwich had to be with no onion, they also wrote it on the wrapping paper, instead on the inside there were onions. Never going there again.

Worse burgerking ever, bad service charged double then left waiting ages for refund saying couldn't refund , then said manager just gone on break was definitely trying to just make ne say forget and leave had to stand my ground then manager suddenly appear by miracle, lots of complaints just while I waited , bad service just felt ignored but quick to take money

The phone is not being answered, making it impossible to report a non-delivery. The only option is to leave messages on the website, which takes 2 days to receive a response. I have experienced receiving the wrong order before, but despite continuously calling, no one is answering and there is no way to get in touch with anyone about the issue. I visited this restaurant on a Sunday at 6pm. They refused to accept cash and required customers to use a self-service ordering device, which an elderly woman was having trouble with. I had to wait a long time for my food, which ended up being cold. I sent it back for something hotter. The toilets were dirty and the soup dispenser in the ladies' restroom was not working. The dryer in the men's restroom was also not working. I expected better from a restaurant located on Princess Street in Edinburgh.

Food good as usual service terrible guy hardly cracked a smile virtually chucked the tray at us but then the eiofy drinks are self service you need to scan a qr code to get your drink ,as visitors both our phones were charging in the hotel. The staff asked for help just looked at each other one actually did shrug his shoulders eventually got our drinks with the help of a young Chinese lass with a mobile phone the size of a small suitcase.struggled to find a table as several tables occupied but random tourists coming in and out charging phones and laptops and using the wi fi . Won't be back to ANY BURGER KING.

The quality of the food is similar to that of Burger King. I decided to go there for a quick burger after a concert, but it turned out to be anything but quick. The ordering machines were out of paper, and the food was not ready when I arrived. It took almost 30 minutes for my simple burger to be served, and some customers were waiting even longer. I remember a few years ago, before the lockdown, seeing a large number of orders piled up with various burgers in trays scattered around. The order number screen was full with close to or over 100 orders, with customers waiting in the crowded waiting area.
