Grand place to sit outside and enjoy the town. Fairly priced food. Staff need to be a bit more proactive with their response.

Lovely place has nice tea &cheese scones,&bumped in to someone again who we met in the fox&hounds earlier in the week while on holiday,had a nice chat with them ,trish,Phil& Lionel

We had a fantastic experience at this charming town. The savoury tea and cakes were delightful. The apple crumble cake was a standout, but the beetroot and chocolate cake was a bit dense. The staff were excellent and made our time here even more enjoyable.

Stumbled upon this wonderful cafe whilst on a road trip, sat outside as it was a lovely day so nice to have table service. Very pleasant young man took our order who was very helpful. Didn't have to wait long for Food to arrive and was delicious. Well worth a visit and will be back soon. View menu

What a pleasure to have your morning 'elevenses ' here. Lovely sunshine so you could sit outside, however we chose to be seated inside. Enjoyed the Cuppachino and Toasted Teacake, plus being served by friendly and helpful staff. I 'm sure the welcome we got typifies those that live and work in Somerton. I 'll be back.

My favourite tea room! I visited a few times over the years as my family come from Somerton (great grand parents, grand parents and mt mum had holidays here and is buried here) and until recently my Dad lived near Burnham on sea so I'd always stop off on my way. I love it here. The food is amazing (try the wonderful cheese, leek and potato flan with salad) and the staff very polite and friendly. I wish I lived nearer!!

Located in the heart of Somerton, opposite the historic market cross, this restaurant is a charming and pleasant spot to visit. The staff are lovely, efficient, and friendly. Although I would have preferred raspberry jam with my tea cakes, the strawberry jam was still enjoyable. The tea selection was good, and I opted for Assam, with an extra tea bag added to make it stronger. My wife appreciated having oat milk available for her coffee. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere was a pleasant surprise, making our visit enjoyable and special.
