"The only restaurant on the square that isn’t a fast food chain has Burger King on one side and McDonalds on the other. Maybe that’s why they went for the ‘slowest’ service possible ethic? We stopped for a ‘quick’ drink and ordered some croquetas as a snack. These arrived fairly quickly and were fit for purpose. However It then took more than 20 minutes for the bill NOT to arrive despite asking on 4 separate occasions. I even heard one table told that it would take 25 minutes for their paella to arrive it came fast than my bill! My wife flagged down our waitress in person at the bar and she she said she would be over straight away needless to say she wasn’t. She even waved at me at one point when I was trying to catch her attention and still she seemed unable to raise a bill for 3 items! Eventually I went to the bar and complained that I simply wanted to pay they looked at me with utter disdain as if I had somehow down something wrong! After 2 attempts they eventually managed to generate a bill and I was able to escape! There must be far better places to eat and drink than this in Toledo."

Un McDonald's más, pero lo que distingue a este, es una encantadora encargada que superaba la media de edad de los trabajadores del local. Atendía a los clientes en caja una paciencia infinita y una simpatía inolvidable que hace que esta hamburguesería destaque sobre los demás locales.

Hoy fui al McDonald's y pedí dos happy meals y la hamburguesa venía sin pepinoños y si nada solo venía carne y encima la hamburguesa no estaba muy rico después nos dieron las patatas pero no nos dieron la salsa que pedimos. After 25/30 minutes of being ignored we left and found another cafe nearby. It was busy, but there's no excuse for ignoring customers in this way. Waiters were going past to other tables and we tried to attract attention, but in the end it was beyond a joke. We had not been spoken to and nobody seemd to even see, or be bothered, that we were leaving!

Estábamos dando un paseo por Toledo y nos decantamos por entrar en el MC Donald de la Plaza Zocodover.La atención por parte de Alberto Manzano no sólo nos recibió con una gran sonrisa y una muy buena disposición,sino que se molestó porque nuestro pedido estuviera perfecto cuando lo habían preparado abierto,teniendo el que volver a rehacerlo.Muchas gracias por tu simpatía y tú profesionalidad ,es el mejor empleado que me ha tratado en esta cadena de toda España.
