"The server disappeared after taking our order and only responded after we had to chase them down 45 minutes later. The buckets of beer that were supposed to be ice cold were warm. The food was average, but after waiting for an hour, we would have been happy with shoe leather. It was difficult to get any attention in a quiet restaurant with only one other large group and two other small tables. This was a disappointing experience."

Not a Brazilian in sight for a very good reason. Food is depressing and not authentic. Most people were eating nachos. Please stop calling yourself a Brazilian place.

It was my bday treat, however the staff seemed unaware of the offer, so there was a bit of confusion with the order. The (lovely on point new manager rectified it all and made it a better FILLING experience(thank you Juan . If the waiting staff knew of the offers prior to the customer, than the overall my rating would have had a few more 5s. I will be back :

The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. I went there to celebrate a birthday and the whole experience was terrible. The waiters had difficulty speaking English, which led to our orders being mistaken. After we paid the bill, we weren't even notified that it was incorrect. Instead, a second bill was silently placed on our table without any explanation. There were no apologies given for the unpleasant evening.
