"Siamo arrivati alle 13 e 30 in 6 persone e non c era folla ne attesa alcuna.dopo 15 minuti di attesa X il menù annunciano un po' irritati che il croate monsieur - se lo vogliamo -va ordinato subito perché la cucina chiude (alle13 e 45!). Ne ordiniamo 3 mooolto modesti! Il famoso cous vous, orgoglio del posto e egualmente modesto, a metà pranzo spengono le luci del ristorante e ci lasciano nell ombra. Il segnale è chiaro. Completate rapidamente e toglietevi dai piedi. Il tuttto in un posto turistico come monmartre dove se fosse per il Cafe du theatre,, non varrebbe certo la pena di tornare!"

Après une bonne pièce de théâtre nous retrouvons Akim et Sami sur les hauteurs de Montmartre dans leur café restaurant désuet mais authentique. La condition est de s'installer en terrasse et d'y déguster un couscous fait maison. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Ici se côtoient aisément artistes, habitués et touristes sous le charme des histoires de Akim et Sami.Dégustez votre couscous les yeux perdus sur cette petite place du théâtre pleine de charme.

A bit away from the heavy Sacré-Cœur tourist area but not too far, worth the walk. Typical french bistro, mostly locals. Great menu and bar selection, prices are very reasonable, service is awesome as is the staff. All very friendly and more than willing to switch to English as required. Had the grill cheese with ham and a salad, excellent! PS - Some reviews of Cafe du Theatre on Trip Advisor seem to be misplaced, not describing the cafe we went too???
