"First off, to everyone talking about the service charge. It 's on the menu. It 's literally stated on the menu so I don 't see why it comes as a surprise for some of you. Secondly, to everyone talking about the cover charge, you must not have done your research about the cover charge you have to pay in Italy. Thirdly, the food is amazing??? It 's so good. To those who are looking for a nice seafood pasta dish, please for the love of God, order the Lobster Pasta. It 's not on the menu, but if you ask the service staff you shall receive. The Medium sized dish goes for 60 Euros and can feed 2. The Large is 70Euros and I can 't remember how many people it feeds, but looking back we should have ordered the large as we killed the lobster dish in like 5 minutes (Not even exaggerating, it was **** good). To sum it up, this restaurant does not deserve the rating it has currently. Please do come here with your research done and you will not be surprised (unless you order the lobster dish then you will be pleasantly surprised). Thank you!"

Location directly in front of the Rialto bridge. We sat directly at the canal. The food was delicious, in particular much better than standard tourist food we expected. The service was not that attentive, though.

best food and service in Venetian, Italian. we tried cozze alla marianara (mussel tomatensauce) for apertizer and it is so good! rj, our waiter, recommended lobsters grill or lobsters pasta and we love it! big job rj! View menu

we stopped here for a spritz, very pleasant environment and friendly staff. the tables outside as well as offering a beautiful view are heated therefore make the stay particularly pleasant. for two spritz, excellent price taking into account the location.

eat delicious, hear the waves flap and look at the big channel. fantastic start on vacation as they overlook the Rialto Bridge would recommend the seafood pasta and diavola pizza. the same prices as Australians (where we are from) so not surprising. they also gave us zitronecello complementary!

Not worth the price. Quite pricey considering what you actually get. Service was ok. Sadly they won’t let you just drink in the evening, you have to order food. Beautiful outside bit though. Wish we went in the daytime instead as we could have probably just had drinks. My meal which is pictured was €26 View menu

There are seafood near the Rialto Bridge! There is no menu, but you can eat seafood butter at 25 euros per person! It is very good and especially the best to be pumpkin farmers. It is also delicious. The white wine is better and the last 19 liter beer is really finished. This is the mood and taste, and we gave us the best Benneta dinner.

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant against my gut feeling that it wouldn’t be that good. Unfortunately, my initial suspicions were confirmed. The food was lackluster at best. I had the spaghetti carbonara which was way too peppery. The type of meat they used was soggy and unappetizing. My husband ordered the four cheese gnocchi which was drenched in sauce and pretty flavorless. I then ordered tiramisu which was so soggy and tasted so old. I couldn’t finish it. Service was slow even though they weren’t busy at all. I would definitely avoid this restaurant even though it’s right on the water with a pretty view.

"This is my second review on this place...after The Fork assured me they would resolve the situation following my complaint about the 20% discount that You Sushi would not honour. Food and drink... no problem. Nice enough food. That 's the good bit out of the way. We booked using The Fork and quoted the 20% discount offer on food and drink. I also reiterated this when we arrived and was told that was fine, no problem! On receiving the bill I again pointed out the 20% discount was missing, even though I 'd gone through this on arrival. They played absolutely dumb and refused the discount. I even showed them their website with the discount on it. To no avail, they weren 't interested. I paid, albeit reluctantly, and we left. I took this up with The Fork. All seemed fine and they gave me Yum points since they agreed I was in the right. I pointed out that Yum points are of no use since the closest UK restaurant I could use them is over 200 miles away! They promised to get back to me, resolve the issue with the restaurant etc so I left it with them. Now they 've washed their hands of it! The discount still shows at 20% for each and every day despite them refusing to honour it!! and The Fork have not taken any action against them. This leaves a very bad taste no pun intended and after the cheating restaurant and The Fork 's complete lack of trying to help other than utterly useless Yum points which are as much use to me a 7 dollar note it 's the last time I use either. So..if you do visit this place, be prepared to be conned out of the 20% discount."
