"If you find yourself looking for a really atmospheric inn, the owners a truly delightful couple, and the food is superb! The steak night on Thursday was the night we decided on, steak cooked to perfection, the soup being homemade was delicious, take good appetites as helpings are generous, then you come to the puddings , the triple chocolate brownie is rich and indulgent, a treat for chocolate lovers. Then there is the white chocolate cheesecake which is heaven on a plate, all are prepared at the inn by the owner. Thank you very much we will be back, I just don’t know when the blue rump man)"

A lovely traditional pub, set in the countryside. A perfect place for 11 of us to celebrate a birthday . Food was enjoyed by all,freshly cooked and hot.Potato skins a very good starter . Very pleasant staff.

For an establishments location in from what could have been in the movie American werewolf in london,The quality of the food was brilliant ,service second to none a gem of a good food restaurant, proper portions value for money, 1 minor niggle a limited menu!
