"We have just left the restaurant, very indignant at the disrespectful treatment of the reservation manager, Pedro. We arrived just at 3:00 p.m. for the reservation made by phone, (the treatment was not very friendly either), and he received us in a very abrupt way without explaining to us very well, that we had to wait for the departure of the previous shift. And when my husband asked him again for clarification on what we had to do, he said it in a very borderline and not very intelligible way, which left us surprised. In the end, without realizing it very well and seeing that all the tables in the dining room were full, we sat at the bar waiting for our turn, which was after 25 minutes, when he yelled at us in his own way that it was our turn and not understanding him, we continued. sitting until we realized that he was calling us. By making him wait 2 seconds, he made a contemptuous comment about the fact that we are entertained with our mobiles (which was logical to pass the time of waiting). Overall, we sat down but with great disgust at this gentleman's treatment, we decided to leave and We told the waiter who was starting to serve us (his behavior had nothing to do with that of his colleague) who tried to make us understand the reason for the waiting time, but that was not the reason for our displeasure, which we understand can happen, although with good management should minimize those waiting times and especially if those on the first shift are informed that they must leave the table free before three, for those on the second shift. The reason for leaving was due to his partner's lack of respect. We understand that it was rush hour and it makes people nervous, but you should never treat a customer so aggressively. We have been in many restaurants in Luarca and we have never been treated that way; quite the opposite, with a lot of kindness, education and respect, even during the holidays. So unfortunately, we will never return or recommend this restaurant."
