"Rich, rich, rich and grounded as I would say arguiñano! Fermin house is one of the oviedo restaurants with more solera and fame. It's a quality restaurant of all my life, where I had the drop of dinner a week ago the decor of the coffee shop might be a bit old, although the dining room was already something else. We were diners and they took us to a private dining room with a modern and minimalist decoration. the exquisite attention, worried at all times for us, in case everything was at our drop, by the temperature of the dining room, by the drinks. Anyway, some attentions that I am not used to the menu: given of smoked salmon with yogurt sauce, mustard and barbecue, served on a dish-tool. Very small dish, which made you want more, but truly delicious; octopus with bechamel sauce with cheese and verduritas again we were looking forward to another little because it was again delicious; grilled vegetables, with a form like pieleta. I was rich, but maybe the dish that I missed; just a shot at the foie with sauce to the ximénez pedo. here if we were all delighted (those who were not yet,) first-class solomillo and an exquisite dessert foie: tempered apple tart on cookie with cinnamon ice cream, spectacular in summary, a delicious dinner, €/menu (I was invited, even so with the quality of the meal, the presentation, the taste and the attention received did not seem to me an excessive price) and the desire to repeat (when more economics) Bon appetit!"
