Château De Castel Novel

Very good reception, local cuisine at the height of the reputation of the place. Always a pleasure to be welcomed in the castle.

The castle is full of history. The rooms are spacious. The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are excellent and the staff is friendly.

We spent one night, accompanied by our two dogs, during a seminary at the castle. Even with our late arrival, our hairs and we were very well. Beautiful places, walk in the immediate vicinity of the castle, calm!!

Here, we sleep and eat well! Old-fashioned charm, canvases hung on the walls of large rooms, very large even, a service that is sometimes a little whimsical, but that is part of the charm of the place. Value for money; exceptional! I go back there as soon as I cross France.

The place is beautiful, the rooms have their hiding place, everything is perfect. Or almost: we will pinch on breakfast that has nothing extraordinary for the price (20€ anyway): no pressed juice but a distributor, some chick pastries, no mineral water or cold milk available... Meal a Sunday noon, inside, table next to the fireplace. A really good reception in a very neat place. The menus at 39€ and 51€ have delighted us. The presentation of the dishes, the audacity of the assemblage (e.g., foie gras/caffee or crustacean poultry) have sharpened our taste buds. We have had a delicious time and we will come back there since the map changes regularly. Thanks to the whole team.

My day at the Château Castel Novel restaurant was a true gastronomic delight. Nestled in the heart of a magnificent and historic setting, the restaurant offers an elegant and refined atmosphere. The cuisine was simply exquisite, showcasing fresh, local ingredients with exceptional creativity. The service was impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. I recommend for a memorable gastronomic getaway.

assez inegale. la cadre est magnifique. le service assez aleatoire on ne presente pas les plats, on ne debarasse pas les verres d'apperitifs,... . Le service est super lent apperitif 50 min apres notre arrivé mais pour un dimanche de paques en famille...ce n'est pas genant. La cuisine est variable...certains plats super fins et suprenant dessert au rose litchi, ravioles de langoustines d'autres assez decevants et certains servis...froids et donc renvoyés en cuisisne. Le vrai soucis est les quantites ou pour un menu a 90 euros on n'a pas faim en sortant mais on est content de diner ....par contre la carte des vins a bq de bons rapports qualité prix. ils ont la courtoise de nous offrir l'apper...
