"Tonight we had dinner in chifa, a restaurant that wanted to taste for how well they had told me. I am allergic to seafood, and the previous letter had all the dishes with some seafood. but they have added new dishes and I have gone to try them from the entrance we have asked for pork tongue with vegetables and choripan (poor bread with chorus and choir sauce). I didn't taste my tongue, but my partner told me it was very good as a salad. the choripan was spectacular of seconds that we shared three: an airport (rego with fried squid and marinated cabbage,) roasted meat in sauce with onion and ñame, and a good aloo air (cash of potatoes and egg) really delicious. Obviously we haven't been able to ask for dessert, but they have smelled that they are awesome even if the food is 10, the food is even better: pleasant, fast and helpful without agony I already want to go back."

one of the restaurants in which I enjoy more of madrid. the jars, the steaks, dumplings or the red curry of the carrillera are my loss. If I had to put it in a but, I'd say, it gets better when one of the two owners is present. But he always deserves a visit.
