"El Chiringuito de Juan continues to be, despite its successive expansions, essentially the same thing that I found 27 years ago: good people, honest people and eager to please their customers above all by offering good food and good service even when they are full. of people I have returned after almost 10 years and in three days I have eaten there two. Letting myself be advised by Juan, we ordered the stew of the day (chickpeas with Iberian secret) and it was hot... a success, in that deep dish there was a lot of hand in the kitchen. The tuna tarantello, a well-executed classic with a very good eggplant garnish. It should be noted that it is a place where pets are welcome, as is obvious if their owners are capable of controlling them so that they do not bother the rest of the customers.
