"Yeah, the food here is reasonable, delivery was fast but holy hell the customer service is absolutely appalling. I had an item missing off of my order from Deliveroo so called up to ask if it was an accident could they re deliver it. First I got told, they couldn 't find my order and to call back in 5 minutes. I called back 5 minutes later and got told they don 't deliver the item, then that I didn 't order the item that was missing (it was part of a meal deal) and then that he needs to call his manager. When I started asking why it was necessary to call a manager over 2 pieces of cake I got so much verbal abuse it was unbelievable. I then got promptly hung up on! I waited to cool down and then called back to ask when they were going to deliver the item, the verbal abuse and ranting continued. Shouting over my voice with la, la, la shut up and being told to go to Deliveroo to get my order fixed. Fine, I 'll do that. Some time later the manager Alex called me back and was quite kind and offered to send me the item. I sincerely hope the guy who hung up on me twice and verbally abused me loses his job."

This is my go-to spot for Chinese cuisine. Though it may cost a bit more, the food is of excellent quality with generous portions. One thing to note is that the same dish can taste different each time you order it. Additionally, there was a time when they added coriander to our rice, which we did not enjoy as it had a soapy taste.

The food at this restaurant was terrible! The chicken was tough, possibly overcooked or frozen. The egg fried rice was messy and had a bad taste. The crackers were the worst thing I've ever eaten. The only decent thing was the chips. It was a waste of money! This will be the first and last time I order from there. I am extremely dissatisfied.

awful food. spicy beef with noodles: not that much beef and the one found was extremely chewy, barely any veggies and the sauce looked like the oil drained out of a car: black as lord satan himself. the duck dish had same characteristics as the beef one: tarmac-black with high viscosity (probably to help swallow it), no veggies. ended up throwing away 3 quarters of a meal each. AWFUL !!!

pretty good eating, big customer service. I've applied. was estimated for 30 min. came to gather and was said that the order was not yet prepared and I had to wait 5 minutes, which was not a problem. after waiting you got two cheesecakes! that was not bad, but the cheesecakes were welcome! noodles tasty, but could have done with a little less oil. tempura scattered veg was great and came with a really nice hoisin? sose.

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and I truly mean it. I rarely give negative ratings, but in this case, I had to. I was so disappointed that I had to use my sister's Google account to leave this review as I don't have one myself. I ended up throwing all the food in the trash, feeling frustrated that my money was wasted. I ordered the Sharp Bovine Know-how, Duck Chowmy, and Duck-worms, and they were awful in both taste and appearance. I can't comprehend how this restaurant stays in business serving such low-quality food, especially when they have over 2k reviews on Just Eat. I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars.

I was in Birmingham yesterday and ordered a take away. I called one branch who said they were too far and recommended I use their other branch. One of my orders was a Katsu Chicken Curry and I had spoken to the branch originally (who were too far) they were going to swap the plain rice for egg fried rice. The other chain refused to do this. I noticed the menu for both places were drastically different. When the food came, it did not look/ taste like Chinese food and it was very disappointing as it was the first meal of my day.
