"Marketed as a Cucina Biologica it is pricey compared to the normal level of Puglian restaurant costs. Sadly my experience was not a good one. Orderd a Caesar salad, but not sure what turned up. 75% lettuce, a few preces of burnt chicken on top, with some small pieces of carrot. No crutons, no achovies, no parmesan, no egg. Why include a well dish on the menu, yet serve something completely different? Wine was also pricey for Puglia served by average staff. And finally the only restaurant that we have visited in Italy which charged a cover price, yet supplied no bread........interesting though, the two tables on which locals were dining did receive bread. In summary, your typical tourist trap restaurant."

Food was a real surprise as to the choice of excellence and harmony in the preparations. the environment is welcoming and in the name of choices of recycled materials that marry with elegance. remarkable wine cellar. service very much. an aperitif was almost a satisfying dinner. That's good. but I'll go back to dinner!

comfortable and modern, attentive and courteous service, drinks and appetizers served almost immediately, good bottled chardonnay, greedy and plentiful mixed appetizer, correctly we have recommended one in a little wait for two excellent first: a risotto with crustaceans, a cutlery durum wheat senator hats) to the pesto of pistachios, yellow tomatoes, and bacon crumbled and crumbled, two delicious salads, with excellent ingredients. a dessert and two coffee. honest and correct price, no covered! euro. we admired and mark it for amateurs, a wide and interesting selection of prestigious wines, not only local. Congratulations.

"This has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences I 've had in many years not the food, but the service and the attempt to cover serious mistakes. We arrived at 8:30 for our reservation and were the only people in the place. We ordered a bottle of water and I selected a local white wine from the menu. When the served appeared, she explained that they didn 't have the wine I wanted, but had one just as good . OK, the substitution seemed fine and tasting quite good. No problem. Our appetizers arrived a short time later and we began the meal. My wife 's appetizer was fine, but mine grilled cuttle fish lacked something. I remembered that it was supposed to be paired with lobster. But there was nothing resembling lobster on the plate. Besides, the cuttle fish was tough as shoe leather. Clearly vastly over cooked. I summoned the server and explained. After consulting the menu she said, The chef forgot . Really? The chef forgot a major ingredient in one of his own creations? I promptly sent the dish back and ordered something else. This time I ordered a pasta dish with sea bream and hazelnut sauce from the menu. At this point, the restaurant was filling up. Eight or ten people were seated at different tables and they began to order. One by one, their orders came out of the kitchen. But not mine, Two tables finished their meals and left. I was still waiting. Then, after 45 minutes, my pasta arrived with no apology or comment. But wait, there 's more. The pasta didn 't have Sea Bream at all. Instead it had shrimp and cavatelli (not what I 'd ordered). I asked for the check and we left. A final note. My wife noticed that all of the other tables were given a platter of assorted appetizers immediately upon being seated. We were never offered or given such a platter. I guess they think Americans are there just to be given whatever **** they have on hand. There was something seriously wrong at this restaurant and I believe they just didn 't want to admit the chef was sick, or had quit, or died. We had tried to go there the night before and there was a sign on the door that that had unexpectedly needed to close on a night they were usually open. We should have taken the hint!!!! Save your money. This 60Euro meal wasn 't worth our time or money .. STAY AWAY. GO TO ONE OF THE MANY FINE RESTAURANTS IN BARLETTA (CHECK MY REVIEWS FOR SUGGESTIONS)"
