"I was there with a friend of mine on Friday night, on the for some drinks. We had a great time. A very friendly short lady with dark hair asked us whether we wanted to sit at the bar or at a table. Great...customer service. The barkeepe, who served our drinks was nice to us aswell. However, when we decided to pay and leave the restaurant at o'clock at night, a short lady called Sarah, who was behind the bar, started shouting at us that the tip that we left was too less and she commented very lout that we are poor people, who cannot spend more money. When she asked for more money and when I answered that I woule not leave any mire tip, she spit on the floor. The DJ, who was playing great music on that evening, told me Sarah wasn't actually working there. Why was she standing behind the bar casheering our money together with the barkeeper then? The very nice lady, who welcomed us as we came in, asked what had happened, because she saw us leaving very angry leaving City Lounge. After listenning to us, she apologied for the situation. Because of the sincerity of the short black haired lady, we would come back again in the future but we wouldn't like to hear any more comments about how much tip we leave or not. For whatever reason you visit City Lounge Munich, please enjoy your time there you will not regret it, but be aware of random people who casheer your money but who don't actually work there."

Found this restaurant by coincidence, but very happy we did. Very friendly, the food was a great, and quick service!

We visited this place for lunch, after I was attracted by the large area of well placed tables inside without anyone enticing you to step inside. Fast service. Big pizza and well baked, large portion of spagetti with plenty of bolognese sauce. Will sure visit...again when in Munich

This was a nice experience. The restaurant was busy and it had a nice ambience—relaxing and casual. We shared the Margherita pizza and Mediterranean salad. Both were delicious. The Augustiner beer was great too. The waiter, who spoke enough English, was no nonsense, all business....This was fine and we enjoyed ourselves.

Was walking around Munich recently and needed someplace to eat. This place was large inside and it looked like they were preparing for some big parties. I ordered a pizza , came out of the oven quickly and was really good. Service could have been...a little better but I guess that comes and goes. I would go back if I was in the area.

Agreeing on a place to eat can be mighty difficult when travelling in a group of people!! We are so glad we came to City Lounge! We walked in without a reservation and were promptly seated. Our watier was a true Italian! He spoke...a little English but we were able to understand his Italian since we also spoke Spanish. I ordered the Tortellini Parma and Prosciutto and oh my! This pasta was absolutely mouthwatering!! The rest in my party ordered pizza, other pasta dishes, and they were all pleased with their dishes.. Service was excellent! I absolutely recommend City Lounge!

Called in to this restaurant with my wife as it looked quite busy normally a good sign. We were seated quickly and our order taken quickly still everything good. The music being played in the restaurant was far too loud and we had...to raise our voices in order to hear each other. The waiter was pleasant and efficient and we both ordered lasagne. Unfortunately that’s where any positives end. The lasagne was in a dish and the pasta at the bottom was still a little hard, undercooked and stuck to the bottom of the dish. The dish consisted of pasta and tomato with little or no mince at all so basically it was pasta and tomato and wasn’t a lasagne!

We stumbled upon this coming back from the Christmas market it’s very near the ice rink at Karlsplatz. We came back early evening and got a table without issue. Was a great atmosphere, good service and the food was delicious. Got beef carpaccio and...bruschetta to start...huge portions but really lovely. The Parmesan on the carpaccio is worth a special mention as was the dressing on the salad with the bruschetta!! Got a prawn risotto and my partner got a spicy pasta dish for entree both were excellent (again large portions). Bottle of wine and a couple of cocktails each and the bill was a reasonable Loved the colour changing wine bucket. Would definitely return.

I went here with the family for something to eat on the first night in Munich. It is sited about yards from the train station. As you leave the station, cross the main road, then fork left and stay on that road until you...reach a large road junction. From the junction look over to the right and the restaurant is situated just below the Chinese restaurant and opposite a Geletaria. It was about half empty when we visited. It was an enjoyable experience. Mum ordered a spaghetti bolognese and the young un and I ordered pizzas. She had a Marguerita and I had Proscutto. We were provided with free garlic bread while we waited. When the pizzas came over they were thin based, but enormous. They had...

"A white sausage breakfast was planned for today. At Aunt Google, we read the Truderinger. Here we've been eating and it fits, there's a bus stop in front of the house, so there. It's a bit confusing. On the HP is from 10.00 breakfast, on site from 10.30. Before us, a gentleman went in and asked for white, and the lady then said she had to ask the cook if there are already some. The Wirtshaus is located on the through road at the corner. The beer garden goes to the street and you just come in. In the inner one comes through 4 steps. In the backyard, they have their own parking spaces which are accessible from the beer garden. Service The lady welcomed us friendly and we had free choice. After the order of the Lord, we immediately shared with the white one. Then there won't be a problem she thinks there was a answer. She also came back, gave the OK and picked up the drinks. These came quickly with a nice one, too. As a service force, it was recognizable by the diocese pink. The grottos reached us with a nice one and the whites didn't wait long. She meant that we were supposed to make her taste us and also asked if everything would fit under the food. The empty plates were immediately noticed and asked if it tasted us. About our answer she thanked. Since she was no longer present, I went on my way to the inner for the payment process, wanted to catch the bus. She was a little embarrassed and she apologized several times. We would have waited the few minutes, but it's not that bad. They just covered the hall for a wedding. She read the Bon out thanked herself again, wished a nice Saturday and passed me friendly. Very nice and friendly, the time theme was on us, so there was nothing to complain about, 5 star food The card consists of a red cover with logo on it and is already a little worn out. In the inner are stitched sheets. The Bavarian course is still in the map. Since she stayed on the table we could also have a little leaves. It is very crowded with a variety of dishes, so you have to read a time. We had two dark wheat at 4,30 € each and two times a few whites with crushes and mustard at 6,30 € each Brezens were very delicious, outside nice crispy, inside soft. It was tidy salt on it and they were still lukewarm. They tasted us very well. The whites came in a lion header and were covered. There were two plates and the mustard was placed in bowls and was also sufficient. We liked that. The water was very hot and the whites too. It wasn't so hot that they were bursting. Tastefully they were good, beautifully tasted and some parsley included. They tasted us, but they had more tasty. For whites with Brezen we give 4 star ambience It is a beautiful beer garden with various tables in round, larger, smaller and from the beer garden seating in brown with the folding tables and chairs. Tables were made from tree stumps. There are various areas, sometimes covered and a part on the terrace. Some of them are shaded by trees or by umbrellas. It's all beautifully demarcated and greened. The walls are decorated with pictures and there are also beer benches and tables. There's nothing on this one. Otherwise there is at the other tables a holder with beer lid, an ashtray, salt pepper and sugar shaker, a jug with cutlery and variously colored napkins and the one card is already on the table From the street you don't get much with it, it's all nicely separated. In the beer garden we couldn't find anything negative, toilets were not visited and for the indoor area was too short to look. 5 stars"

"I often feel like visiting a Greek restaurant as a short trip to Greece. Pleasant holiday memories come high and winter before the door is quickly forgotten. If you travel from Munich to Erding with the S-2, you will find the view of this Greek restaurant at the Feldkirchener secondary station. Large chestnuts with a typical beer garden, a beautifully renovated house. One hopes for a good meal at perhaps cheaper prices than in Munich. The restaurant was well visited when I arrived. The guest room consists of two interconnected rooms. The decoration is Greek-altbacken. The tables and chairs are very close to each other. The greeting was very friendly, we were immediately shown a place. An ouzo was also brought together with the menu. The menu did not show any special features, but that was not expected. The number of dishes beats, the variation of the individual dishes is often low. That's relative. I had grilled Gyros with baby Calamaris, with rice, Zaziki (inner of a finished product) and salad. The Gyros was good, the Kalamaris – good and he really rests was not worth a review. The restaurant is recommended, otherwise I would go for another place for dinner. The beer garden seems worth a trip in the summer. The old chestnuts are also very worth seeing without leaves. Others: The toilets are clean, but not clean. Rich parking is available. S-Bahn at a distance of 30 m."
