We sat out side on a very hot day but the tables all had large sun brollies which made it very comfortable , the food was very nice , it was a most enjoyable afternoon..

Lovely pub, friendly staff however the food was a disappointment for me. The creamy mushroom starter was more watery than creamy, the lamb a little over for me, and crumble luke warm with cold crumb. Shame.

I organized a surprise 70th birthday dinner for my sister with 33 guests. Every day leading up to the event, I had to hide all the decorations and cakes to keep it a secret from her. The staff at the restaurant did an excellent job, and the evening went incredibly well. Everyone on the team was really helpful, especially considering they were facing a staffing shortage.
