"I have hardly left any reviews, but I was quite disappointed by the service of my visit, I just had to write one because it was a scandal that it left it down as eating was really nice! I was in other lounges within the chain and love the menu, but this place had another mood. the lady who took my order in the bar hardly recognized me and I thought she was pretty rude. it was like I was an inconvenience. after the order we decided to move out what I can be annoying, but the place was quite empty and she and the waitress she told rolled her eyes. the food took a while to remember how quiet it was, but it was really good! the waitress was really nice at the end, but the experience was abandoned with the bar staff."

Went for Tapas Tuesday and all tasted great. There was also cocktail deals before 7pm. Staff were really friendly as well

4 of us went for a lovely long weekend and our last lunch we decided to go to the concho lounge. We can not speak highly enough of the food and the service , especially Sam and Olli who where absolutely fantastic. So helpful and friendly, thank you and the food was delicious
