What a fortunate choice!BY THE WAY, YOU SHOULD BOOK DIRECTLY FROM HIS WEBSITE. HE "S TOTALLY RELIABLE.Federico, who speaks good English, is the owner/chef of Aqua, a local restaurant in town, featuring excellent food, and where many town residents as well as tourists eat lunch and dinner.He teaches how to make a lunch the 'Italian ' way, with many tips on preparing the dishes from scratch to taste really authentic. With his guidance, All the class participants get to prepare and season every dish (even children).My wife ' a great Italian cook, and she was mesmerized by what we experienced. We made Gnocchi Bologenese, Saltimbucca a la Romana, Eggplant Parmesan and Tiramisu. My wife said the tiramisu, which she normally doesn 't like, and the gnocchi, were the best by far she 'd ever eaten!Afterward, we all got to eat the lunch we prepared, along with wine and/or beer or water Federico provided. By the way, even tho it was off-season and the class was small, he spent a lot of time with us in the class. He also picked us up at the Cruise Port Terminal and drove us back when lunch was finished. THE BEST!!!"

When ordering, he had three ingredients in stock and had to change the order three times. With the drinks he had only Cola in the can and the glasses were not clean!! The food went so straight.

We booked the course a long time in advance because we stopped in Civitavecchia on a cruise. Federico did the course just before Christmas especially for us in his restaurant, although we were just 2 guys! So there were just us three, but we still got the full cooking course! He even showed us some of the harbour and the city on the way and explained everything, it couldn't have been better! We can recommend his food and especially the cooking course without exception! We felt very comfortable with him the restaurant is really well decorated and very clean! The food was a dream we will visit you again, Federico! Thanks for everything and greetings from Germany!
