"1. I appreciate supporting a local business. 2. The service, food, and atmosphere are all outstanding. 3. The owner is fantastic—always present, welcoming, and friendly. He goes the extra mile; for instance, he made pancakes for our daughter, who has celiac disease, using our gluten-free flour so she felt included. He regularly asks about your meal and overall experience, taking feedback seriously and genuinely striving to enhance your visit. He clearly cares about his customers and is constantly brainstorming new menu ideas."

This might be the best English breakfast I've ever had. The café was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. What’s not to love?

we called yesterday to coopers to have a light lunch and get a coffee to see how the things were under the new one. it was really nice to have a friendly greeting at the arrival, and the atmosphere and the inauguration was good. the food and service was very good and cheap and we will make it a regular visit as we live near.

I love going here. 3 reasons: 1. nice to support a local company 2. service, food and environment are great 3. the owner is brilliant. always visible, always welcoming and friendly. he goes beyond and beyond (because cooked pfanncake for our daughter with zöliakie with our gluten-free flour, so she didn't feel left out.) ask how her meal and experience is and affects feedback. keen to make her experience the best he can care about his customers. always try to think new menu ideas.

"After being recommended vigour by an friend, I popped in for lunch. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made me feel welcome. Going through the extensive menu full of delicious delights and delicacies, I opted for shredded pork tortillas and pork bao bao for starters, and steak (medium rare and eggs (soft poached. For mains with a refreshing cola with ice, and a creamy coffee for after. The atmosphere in there is really quite nice. The rustic vibe, of exposed bricks, rot iron fixtures and neon signs gave it plenty of character. While the ability to see into the kitchen gave you a good sense of connection to where the action truly takes place. Their shredded pork tortillas came as a trio with a lovely dip. Being a starter, they were small but flavorful. The bao bao which i can only describe as tortillas but in a softer and thicker wrap with a slightly sweet note to them were lovely, and made for a pleasant new experience. They were quite accommodating when I asked for peppercorn sauce for my steak, and managed to do a flat ironed steak to perfect medium rare. With creamy yolk gently glazing it, every mouthful was a joy. I will also note their coffee was particularly creamy and frothy which I really liked. Now, the one potential down side for some is the prices. While the food I had was lovely, and I don't at all regret going. I will say it's not somewhere you go to eat on a tight budget. You pay for the atmosphere, and the food quality is above many typical cookie cutter restaurants. My meal came to just over £34 drinks included, and while I can't make it a regular, I surely will be making it a spot my son and I go to treat ourselves. I will say that if I had my son with me at the time, I could have split the starters and just added chips to the mains to feed both of us quite happily for not much more. Should you be in a position to go regularly, take advantage of their loyalty scheme and get some tasty perks."
