Absolutely delicious! EVERYTHING is vegan and gluten free! Truly heaven!! It’s a bit pricey, but that comes with the territory. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. A lovely place all around.

A Firenze , nella splendida cornice di Piazza Santa Maria Novella , c’è Cortese , una gelateria pasticceria 100% vegan e bio . Abbiamo provato gli ottimi dolci crudisti e la prossima volta assaggeremo il gelato ! Ci sono tavolini all’aperto , nella saletta interna e anche al piano superiore ! Super consigliato

Delicious gluten-free cookies all made from nut flours. I skipped past this entry initially because, I’ll admit, I’m not drawn to paleo or raw foods. Don’t come expecting donuts or croissants, but they fo have a good variety of cookies that were all fantastic. I came to the shop a second time to stock up. Not inexpensive but a good experience.
