"the restaurant is very characteristic and carefully realized to offer an extremely cozy and comfortable environment, it is a typical stube all made of pine wood (load a photo of the interior). Outside there are some reserved parking spaces at the restaurant. the staff was very kind, always very friendly and helpful to the most diverse requests of advice and clarifications. the menu is very interesting and offers different combinations of tastes sought after and carefully studied. We ate: a deer line with red onion, licorice and sesame pan; a field radiation with green asparagus, cardoncelli and mayonnaise to the fennel; but the strong piece was a fantastic risotto to the white fir that was told carefully by the staff and whose preparation is something unique (I do not allow myself to write it because it deserves a live taste and not to make a splash to those who have carefully conceived it). We closed with a raspberry Bavarian and a buckwheat cake and jam to the berries. Overall we spent the right and we are ociti more than satisfied. I'll attach all the photos of the dishes. Our sincere congratulations to all of us... a dinner that remains easily in memories (absolutely to repeat as soon as there is the occasion). Usually if I liked a place I would write that I recommend it... but here it is different... here you have to go!"

an incredible five-star experience is too few. If you decide to do a few days at Cavalese you can't miss it. the game is worth the candle. excellent wines, the service also outstanding with staff very prepared and professional. I recommend booking.

we loved the place we found very characteristic. professional service, very kind and punctual. we liked the dishes offered with seasonal ingredients and in recipes for us new. we found ourselves very comfortable, well received and we are very pleased with the first dinner in the valley of fiemme.

impeccable service, good wine card, superb deer joke, good even fettuccine to gulasch sauce, the really tender Iberian pig. I appreciate the non-kilometric menu card, too much choice usually confuses me. last night was the third time I went to dinner with them, for me to stop when I'm a knight. the only stunned note of the evening, in the raised room separated by a wooden wall, a table of customers from the western Emilia by the unmistakable accent, among other things my region, really noisy.
