"It's almost 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon and there's a bloke at the bar f'ng and blinding with the bar staff. I'm the only other customer and would be surprised if there are any more with the language being bandied about. Sorry, but it wouldn't be tolerated anywhere else. Just because I'm the only other customer doesn't make it alright to use the language I've heard. Left now and won't be going back. Heard the F word outloud more times than I can count."

Nice clean pub, no draught Guinness!!! Friendly staff and customers, haven't tried the pub in the evening but very quiet in the afternoon.... closed Monday..?

my friends and I had a Sunday dinner at the crown hotel. eating was absolutely amazing. chowder is to die and beef cooked to perfection the staff was very friendly. it is a must and anyone who does not try this wonderful place. will be back soon!

Outstanding roast on Easter Sunday with a short notice booking after the Crown had a very busy day with a team member down. To deliver such good food like that is testimony to the chef. The chef always accommodates my wife's dairy free diet too which is appreciated. Thank you to Denise and the team, first class.
