Imprescindible en la gastronomía de consuegra. David nos aconsejó durante todo el servicio y de principio a fin una experiencia fantástica. Las alcachofas, el atún rojo, la ensalada de faisán escabechada, y la tarta de queso una auténtica exquisitez. No conocimos a la cocinera pero hay que felicitarla. Totalmente recomendable. Una gran sorpresa. La comida estaba exquisita. La carne de ciervo muy tierna y venía con patatas chips caseras que estaban de vicio. El servicio empezó un poco lento pero el muchacho era realmente agradable y nos dió mucha información sobre la gastronomía manchega. Tienen menú pero nosotros preferimos comer de carta. If to eat well you have to eat from the menu, it doesn't deserve the rating of 4.8, I would leave it at 3.5. We ate from the menu, the food was rather sparse and lacking in taste, belly salad, little fish and lots of greens, suckling pig chops with potatoes, the suckling pig had already made communion, and the potatoes were like a bag with a lot of oil. 8 It's not enough to be good, you have to look good. Not friendly or accommodating. Def not vegetarian. Edit: your page lists your open hours until 18h, if you’re kitchen is closed, change the hours on this page. Your place came up when I searched for vegetarian restaurant, please remove that tag from your page. And my *service dog* and I have been to six counties, hundreds of restaurants, many indoors, and you are one of five or six that has denied entry to my service animal, who is a small, quiet dog that never leaves his sling. Si vas a Consuegra no debes irte sin comer en La Cuchara de Lu. Restaurante sencillo, pero el trato con el cliente es excepcional. Todo lo que comimos estaba buenísimo. Empezamos con unas migas seguidas de una tabla de quesos de oveja, que sobre todo el más fuerte era impresionante. Seguimos con un asadillo manchego con perdiz escabechada que está espectacular y para rematar unos filetitos de paletilla de ciervo que nos sorprendieron de lo suaves y sabrosos que estaban. Un 10 en todos los sentidos. Se nota en cada plato la calidad del género y el cariño y trabajo que ponen para explicar al cliente cada plato. Impresionante. Un placer haberlo disfrutado. View menu
