"I have been wanting to try DaBa for a while now, and I am happy to report that it did not disappoint! It is now one of my top three favorite local British Indian restaurants. The food was cooked perfectly, especially the Chicken Saag which can easily be overcooked and taste bitter. It was a chef recommendation at DaBa and it was spot on for my taste. The Peshwari Naan that I ordered was also perfect. My partner had the vegetable Thali, which was also very good, although the Rhita was a bit too sweet for our liking. Overall, I highly recommend DaBa Spice. Please give them your support, I am sure you will not be disappointed."

The man was friendly enough, but the chicken tikka vindaloo was very thick and lacked authenticity. I would likely not return in a hurry.

So glad DaBa is open again, I have a great experience. Polite considerate service by Sharal, my takeaway was freshly cooked and freshly delivered. He took care to check ingredients because I am coeliac, so showed me the popadom label which was very kind and reassured me. Thanks see you again

Great to see Da Ba reopen. Management is new but good to see some familiar faces still there. Had a lovely meal for 2 last night. Food was delicious, with some interesting changes to the menu. Staff looked after us well, and in no hurry for us to go when we finished our meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Greeted without a smile or welcome! Table for two separated for us from pre-laid table for six, despite prior booking. Food excellent but having finished main course we were discussing dessert/coffee when our bill was abruptly presented without the chance of either!! Apparently not an option? A good restaurant food wise but communication and service needs some attention and improvement.
