Dee's - Menu

The food at this restaurant is fabulous and the staff is lovely. It truly stands out as the best in West Cumbria. I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant is brilliant xx.

It was a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They even decorated the table for a birthday and checked in advance to see if we wanted a special cake or dessert.

Didn't know the place existed, just happened to spot the sign so gave it a chance. What a great find. Lovely food with an extensive drinks list. We both had the enchiladas, big portions! They come with a choice of 1 side and 2 sauces. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back! View menu

Lovely food for a family get together. The staff were really friendly helpful. Took a little bit of time working through the menu, with different fillings for fajitas(no fried peppers onions)enchiladas, burritos etc, then sides sauces. Good to have another choice(Mexican) in Workington

The restaurant review is as follows: The young staff members were very nice and attentive. The menu was average, not particularly special. We were hoping for a lot of flavor, but everything was rather bland. The atmosphere and style of the restaurant were lacking. Overall, it was disappointing.

Went to dees other night for the great reviews and was so dissapointed the staff were friendly and nice but the food was the disappointment we had tapas and every single one and no flavour just plain the only thing that had flavour was the prawn in a chilli and lime watery sauce which was just Frank's red hot sauce and the chilli chicken in sweet chilli sauce just looked like the frozen strips of chicken you get In asda with a sauce poured over, was so gutted as mexican is my fav View menu

Not a great experience and the service was poor. There was only myself and my husband and 5 other diners and yet we waited for ages to get a menu and a drink. When we asked the waitress about items on the menu she was unsure of what they were. Her tablet also wouldn't let her select the dishes I asked for so 3 times I had to tell her so she would remember what to order. Lets get back to good old pen and paper. Food when it arrived was so so. atmosphere was zero and this was on a Saturday night with 7 diners total!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for the set menu meal. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of food that we received. The only small complaint we had was that the meatballs could have used a bit more seasoning, but overall the food was delicious and we had no other issues. Everything was cooked perfectly and served in a timely manner. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. We had a great evening and would like to thank the staff and management for their excellent service. We would definitely come back again.

I have visited this restaurant several times and will definitely be returning. Workington has limited dining options, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a Mexican restaurant that was open on a weekday evening when the town was quiet. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served in generous portions at affordable prices. This is not a typical chain Tex-Mex restaurant, which I appreciate. The atmosphere was calm during the mid-week visit, but I can imagine it being lively on a busy weekend, making it a great spot to visit with a group of friends.
