"Die Lage ist großartig und der Geschmack des Essens ist in Ordnung.Das Problem war, dass es in meinem Gericht, das für CHF 42 erhältlich war, zwei ! Gummibänder gab. Das erste habe ich durch Kauen entdeckt. Ich gab es dem Kellner und verursachte keine Aufregung. Das zweite entdeckte ich später gab es auch dem Kellner und hörte an diesem Punkt auf, mein Gericht zu essen. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich und sprach mit dem Koch. 10 Minuten später fragte er, ob er die Teller der Familie und von mir nehmen dürfe. Ich habe nach der Rechnung gefragt. Danach kam er zurück und bot uns einen kostenlosen Kaffee an. Ich sagte, ich müsse zurück zum Hotel, da es 21 war. 00 und wir waren mit kleinen Kindern. Ich gab auch an, ich würde eine andere Art der Entschädigung begrüßen, da ich die Schüssel aufgrund von zwei Gummibändern nicht fertig stellen konnte. Er ging wieder hinein und kam dann heraus und sagte, sie würden keinen Rabatt anbieten, da der Koch sagte, er könne diese Bands nicht gesehen haben, wie sie auf den Kräutern waren. . . . da ich davon ausgehe, dass er diese kräuter täglich verwendet, wünsche ich allen, die dort essen, viel glück. . . . schreckliche Erfahrung die Rechnung vollständig bezahlt und enttäuscht."

Lage ist super. Essen ist mal sehr gut, mal nicht so gut. Kellner sind 2 sehr gute und 2 welche die Arbeit nicht sehen. Es herscht oft ein Chaos, schade.

The Italian restaurant at Rigiblick exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms were excellent beautifully and practically furnished, ideal for a transit or a worthwhile short stay in Buochs. The proximity to the bus stop was perfect for our planned day trips, and we always looked forward to returning to the Rigiblick, enjoying the wonderful view and ending the evening relaxing in the restaurant. The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend it to everyone!
