"I had a wonderful experience at this charming little Greek restaurant. The staff was attentive and we were served quickly. The dishes were expertly prepared, and the flavors in the sauce were simply outstanding. Everything was just right—not too much and not too little. Even the chips were among the best I've ever had! While the portion sizes may seem a bit small, the richness of the food ensured that it was more than enough. We also enjoyed starters with our meals, and I highly recommend trying the traditional dishes. The restaurant has a lovely, clean decor and a warm atmosphere. It was a vibrant and light-filled summer evening, and I can't wait to return!"

"Ordered grilled platter for two for our dinner tonight.There was so much !!!!Enough for us to enjoy for our lunch tomorrow.I made a mistake with the on line order but I rang the restaurant immediately and was able to cancel and reorder the correct meal.Dips, bread and salad were fresh and tasty and all the rest was well cooked and presented.I have eaten in the Poseidon on a number of occasions and the takeaway food is exactly the same excellent standard as the food served in the restaurant.Thank you Poseidon for a most enjoyable and excellent value for money meal."

"visits Easter Sunday. have the three cursor Sunday afternoon roast dinner, suppe of the day (bäck/tomaten) brownie, which was a great worth (approx. £16 for 3 courses.) eating was delicious, tasteful and nutritious. the best Brat dinner we've ever had, and a good amount of gravy! we had to get the brownies to be gone as we were filled. also some smoothies. the personal was so lovely, friendly and helpful (the smoothie changed to take allergies) the decor was beautiful and we enjoyed trying the cards (Oracle cards etc.) they visit here a lot if we were native updated by previous review on 2022-04-18"

"Four of us enjoyed a fabulous meal at Christakis. We started with a selection of starters, which we all shared, and were gifted with an additional starter from the restaurant. All of them were absolutely delicious! We then had our main courses which again were delicious...OMG the portions were HUGE!!! Not only did we get our main item (e.g. lamb/chicken/moussaka) but each was served with rice AND chips! Very generous but, hate to say it, quite daunting for me to have so much on the plate at one time!!! My son did finish his plateful and took the remaining half of mine home with him to eat the following day! Service was first class! The manager was really friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our visit. Our friends have booked to return for their son's graduation meal and we are returning separately too. Definitely recommend!"

"This is a nice little cafe with a lovely atmosphere, some friends and I came for some coffee and breakfast to takeaway. The portions were extremely disappointing, we were still hungry even after eating. Considering jam costs extra on toast, i was shocked to see 3 small blobs, not even spread (i wasn’t given a knife) I didn’t know whether to laugh or take it back and complain because frankly that is a joke. Not to mention the tiny portion sizes of the breakfast, I understand it was a small breakfast rather than the large, but for £8 i really expected more. Perhaps it’s different sitting in, but either way guests are still paying their good money for takeaway. Perhaps i’ll visit for lunch and see if it’s any different. I’ve given three stars because the front of house staff were very friendly."
