"The kitchen in Mannheim offered me an unforgettable evening with excellent drinks and first-class food. One of the highlights of this restaurant is definitely the ambience it is simply fantastic. The view over Mannheim's industrial port creates a special atmosphere that is difficult to overwhelm. The culinary side of the evening was also impressive, with some small things that prevent a perfect score. The quality of the food was good without a question, but there were areas where there is potential for improvement. Especially at such a high price my calf chop was over 40 euros I expect every detail to be very good. My Kotelett supplements should have been served hotter, that was a small damper. Despite this little inconsistency, the evening was fantastic overall. The negroni I ordered was excellent and rounded off the evening perfectly. Overall, I can say that my visit to Die Küche in Mannheim was a great pleasure and I will certainly come back. One or the other aspect could be improved to make the culinary experience perfect, but that only slightly reduces the overall impression. A fantastic place for a special evening!"

On the terrace at sunset is a real highlight in Mannheim. Food was very delicious. Staff very friendly. I've been here many times, always liked!

On 28.08.2023 a table reserved for 7 people via Open Table and the restaurant was closed! If you stumble the lunch table, you should also know about the appropriate portals!

The restaurant is not recommended at high temperatures. In the guest room there were already 1. Evening a warm weather period temperatures that were very unpleasant. The problem is the (in the case beautiful but impractical open design of the guest room incl. cooking open kitchen). Location itself is very nice, service and offer were ok. The card is not too big, but everything is freshly prepared.

Clear statement that the Steak medium is desired. Kitchen only makes medium rare because it tastes so better. The meat came rare, once cut and the whole plate was ****... the rest was very tasty, but everything had to be booked. Prices are a nausea and not appropriate. The ambience is great, the service was super friendly but you must be in “Duz Mode”. Conclusion: You sit on the terrace great and can feel mega hip, pay mega a lot of money for tasty supplements or desserts and have to pretend how to eat his steak.
