"As a holiday notebook we gave him a dinner at the Don gil restaurant in Albacete. We were by reference of a friend who understood the topics of the good clmer. and it was a success. to start, we were treated with some tacos of cheese. cured, of good quality and texture. a rose wine from the region that advised us the camararo. a guy who seemed a little distant from the entrance, but he was nice. We ask to share a salad of tomatoes and pickles, delicious cod owls (cotler rabbit,) a pressed cochinillo (which delights and two desserts. all riquisimo. very satisfied."
