Ordered online, received a call saying instead of the stated 30min food would be 1hour we went to collect after an 1 hour and were told to wait it could take up to 2 hours for 2 pizzas for takeout, absolute joke...naturally we refused and asked for a refund! I dined in for dinner and spent around £30-40 per person. The food was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5, but the service was also average, earning the same rating. 5 of us for a meal , good service the lady who served us genuinely seemed embarrassedwhen we said food was cold, menu outside said risotto but was told they dont do it anymore when ordering, tasty food although two pasta dishes cold of which they took off the bill , all four donut desserts also cold , nice place , tasty food if you like it cold , pizza was better. I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my experience. We arrived at 6:30, and it took until 8:00 for our main courses to be served. The pizza was served with undercooked dough and toppings that looked like they belonged on a prison food tray. We ended up paying a total of £63 for two pizzas and a plate of spaghetti with bacon bits. If you decide to visit this place, good luck avoiding food poisoning!

Welcome and friendly staff however the restaurant was freezing, the water in the cloakroom was freezing and the hand drier was freezing so much so we didnt stay and paid our bill really quickly to walk over the road and have a drink elsewhere to warm up. The food was okay nothing really special or different, freshly made so had to wait a bit although the two salad starters came out quickly. Im afraid the evening was tarred by the fact that even though we asked for the heating to be turned on or up, we didnt feel any warmth and the fact that they charge an extra £3.50 to have a gluten free pizza base is frankly unacceptable and I wont be returning.
