Young people from all backgrounds who come to learn the job of manager are here to serve us. The leader innovates new recipes to the top. For the dessert wagon always as many choices. But a little remark of my friends and myself. Please make us pies with seasonal fruit and without all this beat and jelly on it and dough so smooth. We'll come back for sure."

For many years I love this establishment with a slightly disappointing charm. I find what I appreciate: home, cleanliness, friendliness, traditional cuisine, efficient service, etc... In sum many lost values in many establishments!

We chose this restaurant for our wedding. Very beautiful frame with all the charm of the old. Excellent cuisine. However, the service is not at the height of this type of establishment and the quality of the kitchen. Too bad for this 2017 Pommard served as a small supermarket wine and glasses stained by the dishwasher.. View menu

I came to eat there one afternoon. I had the morbier toast and without regret it was excellent. The waitress is really nice. The decoration of the restaurant is really great. "We had the impression of a return in the past as well in the decoration of the room, the presentation of the dishes or the holding of the servers. Why not, but at 160€ for 4 (including a little child) and just a bottle of wine, it is expensive, especially that the dishes were very uneven. The entrance to the snail was very salty and the taste of the lard shattered everything, on the other hand the melon and macvin gaspacho was good. the dish of truite sauce with the apsinth was not bad but very limited in size (a fillet of a small trout, a lot of sauce that is good but had cums, a half yellow carrot, a spelt I think and a line of purée, one remains on his hunger). On the other hand, the traditional perch was very copyy and good (we just regret the simply accompaniment of potatoes cooked with water and persilted). the cheese tray (imposed in all menus) was very impressive and for the occasion deserved the turn. The redesigned lemon pie was good without more. dessert based on meringue was, however, very disappointing (a very dry meringue round, covers completely with whipped and with a ball of vanilla ice in the middle, all without bcp of taste). On the service, it was nice for the most part, but the baba is still serving women first or not going over the guests to recover the plates, let's put it on their young age. In short, this institution has potential, but it would take a good call to question and rejuvenate. an additional point: you should also propose a children's menu more friendly than chopped/jambon steak and persilted pdt, certainly cheap (9€) but not what you would like to have in a restaurant that would be a little gastronomic"
