"Sadly underwhelmed and disappointed at this return visit . A few good dishes; wood pigeon, salmon platter, spicy garlic prawns and haggis Scotch egg and Mac and cheese without black pudding for the children but other dishes disappointing. Cullen skink fish badly filleted and bony, sticky chicken very dry and overdone, cheesy beanos toast burnt and a bit dry, stovies served as two very small balls of meat and potato deep fried and overdone . The restaurant is a conservatory and there were no windows or doors open on our arrival so the temperature was uncomfortably hot we couldn’t stay a moment longer than main courses . Do appreciate the weather was unusually hot but it had been for some time and fans or AC units in a hotel that prides itself on customer care and comfort could have been installed Not the best of dining experiences ."

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, the cocktails are amazing, and the ambiance is perfect. The tapas-style dishes were served as soon as they were ready, making for a great dining experience. I can't wait to go back again soon.

So good we went two nights in a row inviting friends over who were staying elsewhere. Food was excellent, very well cooked with skill and intelligence. The watermelon sashimi a revelation. The whole experience on both nights enhanced and improved by our server Kevin View menu

Eighteen69 at Auchrannie Resort, 1st Class service and food. Atmosphere very relaxed and informal but with superior service, attention, knowledge and recommendation of dishes. Scottish Tapas but with a twist. Particular favourite was the Haggis, Neeps and Tatties but all of the dishes were phenomenal! We will be back! Best in Brodick!!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our meal. We shared 7 dishes and none of which we particularly liked due to little taste and the prawns were overcooked and chewy. The tastiest dish was the chips as they were salty. We were really looking forward to dining here during our stay, but would recommend the Cruize restaurant at Auchrannie instead. Bottles of gluten free beer available.

We had a fantastic dining experience at this wonderful restaurant. They offer a unique concept of 'Scottish Tapas', allowing diners to sample a variety of dishes with a Scottish twist. The menu includes options for Meat, Fish, and Vegetarian dishes, as well as a selection of delicious side dishes. The service provided by the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We would definitely return to dine here again without hesitation. View menu

This restaurant offers food with a side of entertainment. The cooking is top-notch, with amazing skills and the presentation is delightful. Make sure to try the Rainbow Trout for both flavor and spectacle. The Short Rib Beef Fingers are incredibly tender and can be easily cut without a knife. And don't forget to try the Mac and Black - a delicious macaroni dish made with black pudding and Arran cheddar cheese. You'd be missing out if you didn't give it a try!

The restaurant is located in the resort in a conservatory overlooking some of the gardens. Idyllic. The service was quick and efficient and served with a genuine smile. As a Scottish Tapas restaurant I was so looking forward to something really different and interesting. For me, it didn 't work. The portions were incredibly small and tasteless. The biggest disappointment was stovies in broon sauce . I have to assume that the chef has never eaten traditional stovies before, or he/she was just trying to be too clever. I 'm not really sure what it was meant to be. I had a dessert which was beautiful, not because I really needed one, rather because I was still hungry!.

"We were a party of 5, on a cold, very wet Saturday evening, coldest so far I would say! We drew up and saw a young family of 3 sitting with jackets on in the conservatory area, we were a bit concerned! We took a...seat at the back of the conservatory which proved to be a big mistake! There was a terrible draught coming from behind me, I did mention it and was told it was 27c at the middle of the room, but not where we were sitting!! I mentioned it a few times and sat with my shawl scarf on throughout! I pulled down the window blinds hoping that would help, nope!! We ordered our food, I asked about a vegetarian option for my husband, our waitress did say he could a veggie option on the curry and the tempura or risotto, which was helpful! I had to ask what was the soup of the day and also the pate!! I did feel that maybe in this day and age there should have been a small dedicated vegetarian area on the menu, but that’s just my opinion! 3 of our party had starters which were great, Cullen skink, scallops and langoustine tempura, Main courses arrived, 3 fish and chips, one lemon soul and one veggie tempura, all were excellent except for the veggie tempura which was large shards of onion and carrot in an albeit lovely batter, but not all vegetarians like huge chunks of vegetables! 4 of our party had a sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, which was plentiful! Overall we had a pleasant meal, little or no atmosphere though, one of the younger waitresses (white shirt, black skirt) was friendly and more talkative, the waitress (dressed all in black)who served us was, we all felt a little disinterested and lacked any empathy with the guests! We asked for our bill, the youngest waitress came with the card machine and felt how cold it was only then did she check the windows to find there was one opened, hence the draught, which spoiled our visit because we were felling it cold!! We paid the bill and left a tip on the plate, no one came to say thank you for you custom, or have a nice evening, nothing!! All in all it was pretty inhospitable! Value you for money, it was good for the standard of the food!"
