A wanting and not being able to. We ordered two starters: ceviche and foie. The ceviche was super strong. The foie was rich. Next we ordered beef rib. The meat was very cooked, it had nothing special. With how well you eat in Cantabria, it's a shame to go to this restaurant that costs €50 per person.
