"We have greatly enjoyed the restaurant, its pleasant atmosphere and views and, especially, the attention of the staff, especially Diego. He has treated us like at home and, despite the fact that on the first day there were more customers and we had to wait a little longer (which was not a problem for us due to schedule issues , on the rest of the days that we have gone we have been ten . We had the opportunity to try the Caesar salad, the soupy rice, the croquettes and the desserts, a strawberry syrup ice cream and an Oreo cake. I highly recommend it and, the next time we go to Istán, we will try the rice with lobster that Diego recommended to us. The prices are very good with the quality and care with which the food is made, it doesn't hurt to pay for it at all. From here, we give millions of thanks to the Entresierras restaurant team, because there are few places away from home that make you feel like you are at home thanks to their attention and food, thus bringing us very pleasant memories. I came on vacation to Istan, excellent food and lovely staff not to mention its wonderful views. If you are a fan of sangria, it is very good made by the owner of the house. the restaurant opened almost a month ago. offers a very well maintained kitchen, with very well prepared riquísimos dishes. we recommend the rabbi of bulls, the salmon carpaccio, the pear salad and the rice dishes, the bogavante scarf! . and also the desserts are homemade and very rich. prices are very good. have a terrace overlooking the mountain where you can eat very quietly, enjoying the landscape and the air that comes from the sea.
