"We reserved a table which wasn’t ready. We sat on a wall bench for 30 mins before they decided to bring a table from inside for us. They then served both courses straight away, the main coming immediately after our starter. We asked to wait between courses but they ignored this. The bread was dry and had obviously been cut and sitting there all night. The olives were very bitter and inedible, this is the first time we’ve experienced this. The mains arrived and my husband’s grilled squid was cold. The table next to us also returned cold food. My spinach crepe was bland and lacked seasoning. There was no salt and pepper on the table and all the staff had disappeared as I can only assume they’d finished serving food (hence our rushed service) so I was unable to ask for any. How Michelin is associated with this place is beyond me."

Un lugar elegante que sirve platos mediterráneos. El menú es bastante sofisticado. Tuvimos la oportunidad de comer una rica paella, también pedimos sets infantiles. Tiempo de preparación de comidas corto, porciones grandes. Nos gustó mucho. Precios asequibles.

Bonito lugar, buenos postres, el personal no fue agradable, la paella no era buena y tenga en cuenta el precio. El precio es por porción. Entonces, si lo tienes para 2 personas como dice en el menú, pagarás el doble de lo que dice. Lo tienen escrito en el menú pero ojo :

Un restaurante de 70 años, ha perdurado a través de los años. Muy buen restaurante, porciones de buen tamaño. Comimos aquí dos veces, la comida es muy buena, nos gusta mucho la paella de verduras, hay tantas verduras diferentes. El pescado de San Pedro también queda excelente con las patatas confitadas. Gran cóctel además del menú. Volveremos el año que viene. Gran servicio y buena comida.

Es Canyis(Port de Soller) es un restaurante de carácter familiar con organización seria y especializado en cocina mallorquina con toques de autor muy acertados. Destacan entre sus platos, además de sus buenísimos pescados, los caracoles con alioli, un delicia. En su carta de vinos cuenta con los más selectos caldos de la isla, así como con gran variedad de destacados vinos de otras regiones.

Si estás en Port de Sóller, te recomiendo Es Canyís para cenar. Si bien muchos de los restaurantes de la zona atienden a turistas, este es uno de los dos restaurantes que ofrecen comida deliciosa y de alta calidad. Este lugar es bastante popular, especialmente durante los meses de verano, donde tendrán asientos esparcidos en las aceras y al otro lado de la calle con vista al puerto, por lo que se recomienda reservar si desea cenar durante las horas pico de cena. Ofrecen una amplia selección de vinos por botella y copa y muchas ofertas de mariscos. Los calamares estaban crujientes y ligeros, y disfruté sus ofertas de pescado y carne.
