"booked with thefork and seen reviews I expected much more dinner. definitely we were unlucky popping in an evening no. positive points: quality raw material revisitation of traditional local dishes outside the chaos of trastevere but a few steps from the tourist area negative points: Crunchy egg appetizer: it was not crisp and only warm. prepared before and heated badly? to me it comes much more crispy and despite sure knowing how to cook I do another job... First fresh pasta with truffle and butter. Very salty. I was tempted to send him back, but hunger took over. sweet: creams brûlé even cold. the lower part was cold while the upper part was warm. warmed up bad n all stupid mistakes and definitely due to an evening no and for this, given the many positive reviews and the raw material, I will definitely return."

local spartano but very nice cozy , a nice menu interesting with some revisitation of some typical dishes see there cacio and pepper with there tartare of red shrimp and lime I ate this good balanced but I expected a little more lime, the flowers of pumpkin very delicate . if I really have to make an observation a little more care in the service and if maybe you change the menus that you bring to the table according to me not wrong .
