"Came for dinner after arriving in Val Thorens. Daughter had Diablo pizza that was quite good. Husband had lasagne that was more like short rib-type meat with the lasagna noodles. I didn’t particularly care for it but he enjoyed it. I had French onion soup that needed more salt in the broth. Service was friendly. Thought it fairly pricey though."

Busy case with tremendous terrace, almost all day in the sun, serving kindly, but in a hurry. Dinner's fine. View menu

Just got there for a quick cocktail: Expresso Martini (13eur) served with a smile. Nice place for an after ski drink until the sun goes down.

Lovely food, ambiance and staff, a very pleasant atmosphere and great place for apres-ski. To top that, the owners pretty much saved our day/holiday after we found ourselves stranded. Thanks for the hospitality, we'll be back! View menu

Family lunch in front of the sun. service to small care. with a nice Ukrainian accent. nice wine menu, though a little expensive. The tuna sesame to the noodles a feast just like the steack tartare. a white mountain to finish everything and a very good coffee.

Very smooth service. For lunch, it's discreet. I think the dishes are way too big and expensive. That's why we asked for the snack card, where the dishes are appropriate for lunch. Delicious terrace of the wind and full of sun. Every Cm2 is perfectly beneficiary. Good time and good drinking, we were kindly helped.

"This restaurant is one of Val Thorens best kept secrets. Inside there is a gorgeous wine shop bursting with French wines at every price point and style imaginable. There are lovely tables for inside dining, but in sunny ski weather, the terrace right on the...snow is the perfect place to lunch apres-ski. The menu is not large, but don’t let that put you off. The dishes we had were extraordinary. And of an unexpectedly high standard. The frois gras for entree was served with steaming hot bread and a toasted brioche bun. Teamed with the rich but light frois gras, it was a taste sensation. We ate it slowly. The wines by the glass were excellent and we enjoyed a champagne with the entree. For main, the fish was an incredible dish. The fish melted in the mouth and was topped with a slightly Asian style sauce and sat on an ultra light bed of what may have been mashed parsnip and a few vegetables. Heaven. One of the best fish dishes I’ve ever eaten in France. That good. My friend had the beef tartare which was also elegantly presented and a taste sensation with just enough spice, egg and texture. Sitting in the sun watching the skiers, it was the kind of meal dreams are made of. We should have had dessert given how amazing the food was but instead settled on the white hot chocolate made with almond milk. Again a culinary delight pushing boundaries. Can’t wait to eat here again next season."
