"I had the opportunity to visit Farang on Friday. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised of how fresh and innovative the food was. I ordered sea bass as my main dish. It was really well presented and the way the chef managed to master the technique of folding the fish, cook it and serve it in that same shape garnished on a plate it's beyond me. But that was not the best thing about my Thai crispy coconut sea bass was the crissol of different flavours from every single cut as I went carving through it. It started coconuty at first, it moved on to lime taste at the next cut, then a whiff of Thai fish sauce in the middle and a finish of coriander and samphire when I flipped it over. This plate really sent my taste buds into overdrive and I loved it. The restaurant is small and cosy, the staff were attentive and helpful. I was meant to attend on Thursday but I couldn't fulfil the reservation. I am glad my wife and I came back next day; in all honesty it has been one of the best culinary experiences I have had recently and I highly recommend. It is as Thai as it gets"

Nice thai place. We had lunch here. Food is good. It's rightly priced. We ordered 1 curry, 1 rice, 1 roti and 1 small plate. This costed us 35 pounds in total. The quantity was enough for 2 people.

Incredible food if you like spicy&citric flavours. My favourite restaurant in London so far. Totally recommend. You'll need to book beforehand. The only cons: I found the place a bit noisy so I needed to speak loud to my partner. Matter of taste, I guess.

I had a good experience at Farang! Food was unconventional and service prompt. The menu was varied, giving the chance to try multiple options tapas style. I recommend this place and will definitely visit again in the future! Just a note be careful if you order the super spicy thai soup :

By far the best Thai restaurant I have tried outside of Thailand. Fresh ingredients, amazingly combined and BALANCED to perfection to obtain a symphony of flavours that will take you to briefly experience paradise. You can't miss this place. Book in advance as it is understandably always fully booked. View menu

I had a fantastic experience at Farang. We were greeted and served by Fabiano, who was very friendly and recommended some delicious dishes that suited my preferences. The kitchen staff accommodated my allergy requirements and the food was flavorful and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for its relaxed atmosphere. An added bonus was that I was allowed to bring my dog along.

I went to Farang for lunch in December. The dishes were definitely interesting and tasty. Two starters and one main were enough for two people to share. We were lucky to come in before it got busy, so the chef came out to explain the dishes. We ended up buying a couple of sauces from their shop after lunch. The only thing we didn't like was that it was a bit too cold near the window because the radiator was off.

I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time and finally had the opportunity last week. I was impressed with the small Asian grocery area located inside the restaurant, making it convenient to purchase hard-to-find ingredients. The space was beautifully designed, bright, and open. The food was delicious, with generous portions and freshly prepared dishes. We enjoyed the sea bass, beef cheek curry, and fried chicken as starters. We also ordered kale chips, expecting them to be warm and roasted, but they were served as dried chips with a chili sauce. View menu

I came in for a Friday lunch and was welcomed by a cosy and inviting interior. The manager Damiano was nice and attentive and recommended us the feasting menu. It wasn’t really busy so chef Charles took the time to come out and expertly explain the dishes. We were thoroughly impressed by the amount of effort that goes into every dish and the fresh ingredients they fly in from Thailand every week. This food is the real deal, and the people speaking in superlatives are not exaggerating. The dishes are beautifully prepared and presented with so much attention to detail. Bold and exciting flavours that had my taste buds exploding (and on fire at times). The standouts were the crispy seabass, the...

Had a lunchtime reservation at Farang and I don't know where to begin...the food is absolutely delicious! Ordered an aromatic coconut curry with sticky rice, which was fragrant and filling without feeling too heavy. I really enjoy Thai food and almost always choose curries on the menu though this curry felt familiarly Thai, it wasn't like any of the curries I usually have. Would definitely order again. We were served by the manager Fabiano, who was friendly and personable, making suggestions to suit our palettes. I ordered a passionfruit mocktail, based on his recommendation, and a moreish seasonal fruit sorbet (one scoop, wish I had two! . The restaurant itself feels tranquil, with lots of...
