"warm reception and cozy climate, cold outside and warm inside through the bollerofen. were there in the frame of a team party for dinner together with about 30 people. had pre-ordered, main courts and dessert. as an appetizer a field salad with speck and exfoliation with a well lubricated vinaiigrette. the main dishes were various picked fish fillets with potato salad and pommes as well as carving white art, with a finely sputtered mayonnaise, a bechamell sauce and roast sauce. the classic dessert vanilleeis with sawed and berry fruits was missing. was a nice cozy evening. thank you."
