Cold burger, soggy bun, but plenty of chips , milkshake is really expensive

Isabella and Charlotte! Exceptional service ! Talked me through the whole menu and made my understand it more. Real happy I met these girls they are AMAZING. I met them at the milkshake section

Ordered off uber eats and after waiting over 2 hours Yes OVER 2 hours they cancelled my order. Ridiculous service, why not cancel earlier instead of making someone waiting nearly 3 hours. What a absolute joke. I will never ever come order again.

This place used to care about their reputation, quality and customer satisfaction. Forget all that now! This place has some of the rudest staff I have ever dealt with now. What happened to 5 Guys at Bluewater? Did they replace all the staff with emotionless automatons? At least be friendly when taking nye on 30quid for 2 ****** burgers and a portion of fries View menu

Nice food, but please don't rush people at the till. Not everyone is familiar with the menu, the process or the options and it is also hard to hear what is being asked at the till. Please be more aware of people with invisible disabilities such as hearing difficulties etc. It might be good to write the process down and display it for novices i.e. 1. Choose your sandwich/burger/hot dog 2. Choose your toppings 3. Choose your fries 4. Choose the seasoning for your fries 5. Choose your drink 6. Pay Thanks

We spent £24 on 2 burgers and fries at this restaurant. When we asked for small cups for water, we were denied and accused of trying to put Coke in our cups when we had only requested water. The staff member refused to give a cup of water to our toddler, forcing her to eat without a drink. The adult burger was overly greasy, making a mess when bitten into. The portion of fries was disappointing compared to previous visits. The poor service, greasy food, and refusal to provide water for a child left us feeling disgusted. As regular customers of 5 Guys, we will not be returning to this location again. We do not recommend this restaurant.

Just stopped in as my son wanted a milkshake. Walked up to a counter that said milkshake with a till. Stood there for a few seconds when a lady rudely told us we have to go to another till. Never been here before to order just a milkshake so was slightly confused. Went to the till to order milkshake and once paid was told to go back to the original counter with the sign saying milkshakes. Stood there where the first rudely lady was still standing completely ignoring myself and son.
