"I enjoyed my meal at this restaurant so much that I returned a few weeks later to have the same dish. Like with any chain, the service can vary day by day. The first time I dined here, they forgot a few small requests we had but overall the food was good. I ordered the vegan Mac and cheese with soya mince, and personally, I felt that it didn't need the mince as it would have been delicious without it. It would be nice to have the option to have this as a side dish. Some may find the portions to be small, but for me, it was filling enough. We also tried the garlic bread that is a staple on the menu all year round, and you can add vegan cheese to it. Additionally, I sampled the vegan hot dog and loaded fries. The menu also offers vegan milkshakes and dessert options. Overall, they have a decent selection for vegans, which is not common in every chain restaurant. The prices are average, but it's not a cheap dining option. Frankie and Benny's is a reliable choice for vegans, as there will always be something on the menu to suit their dietary needs."

Ordered from the dinner menu so only had the Vegan Pepperoni as an option. It tasted nice but could have been cheesier.

Tasty sausage and mushrooms, but scrambled tofu with curry....was not what I expected from English breakfast. Latte with soya milk tasted really bad and didn’t drink.

Frankie and Benny's is decent, but the prices are a bit high for the quality of food. It also feels a bit cliché, but I am interested in trying more of their vegan options.

The BBQ buffalo wings were yummy although portion size I found small for the price. The mac and cheese was nothing special I wouldn't get it again. Menu was well labelled and there was lots to choose from View menu

The sesame chicken and loaded fries were delicious! However, the prices here are quite high - £21 for the chicken and regular fries. They do have a deal where you can get a main dish and two drinks for £30.

There's a lot of vegan options as well as a specific vegan menu. But I was really impressed with the children's menu options. There was a good variety, a choice for little eaters and big eaters, and it is really good value for money.

Came here with my Mum for Dinner after we had been to the Theater. I had the Vegan Pepparoni Pizza which came with Jalapeños on top. I also had vegan ice cream for desert which the waitress recommended. Has a good selection of vegan versions of meals and deserts. View menu

I'm for a few drinks yesterday and a really busy time. I have a table no problem and the service was super fast! all the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much, I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back. thanks to our server megan for their Fab service!

Menu clearly marks vegan items but shame none of these are also ‘high protein’ (dumbbell symbol). Cheesey garlic bread starter nice but messy should have accepted the offer of side plates! Mac no cheese is a butternut squash dish but lacks something like bread for £9.99 you are still hungry at the end. Or a spoon to be able to eat all the sauce! It tasted ok but not a patch on ones from proper vegan cafés. Side salad

"The place seems unprofessionally run. The staff all look like they could do with a bath. No overalls are worn and their clothes are all of the type that many would wear to lounge around the house in . Several have longer hair and beards but don’t wear any kitchen p.p.e. The decor is shabby and I wondered what kind of hygiene rating they would have. Although not busy, the staff seemed to be disorganised, falling over eachother and lacking in training. They seemed to handle the food in an inexperienced, clumsy fashion. The only tool I saw being used was a pizza peel for taking the pizza in and out of the oven. On all other occasions the food was handled. I didn’t notice any hand washing or alcohol gel in evidence. The menu is quite limited and uninspiring. 2 of the 6 pizza choices include chicken which Italians would argue is definite no no! All pizzas are reheated to order which eliminates the possibility of customisation. I don’t believe the restaurant would stand out in many European countries, as pizza in general is of a much higher standard than that in the UK. In spite of the above, The basic pizza is excellent in taste (even though it is all re-heated). And for this reason it is worth a visit. Compared to other uk pizza restaurants which are typically serving absolute garbage, the food is way out in front. If you can tolerate the negatives I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the pizza. However with a bit of effort, this place could be transformed into something truly amazing."
