"Great food here for anyone looking to dine here, but we got unlucky. We had a booking for 13:30. Arrived in time and ordered within five minutes. The waitress came back a few minutes later and said that two large take away orders had come in and that our order would therefore be delayed. Our food came at 14:45. I’m grateful to the waitress for communicating the delay but had I known it would be that late I would have not gone. Lovely place, people and food BUT please put diners sat before takeaway orders. Difficult times I know, but reputation is key and accepting outside orders which delay in restaurant dining is not acceptable."

we had a very nice dinner at the fulham house. eating was really good, very well cooked and well presented. the restaurant is beautiful and the service was good. we were very happy!

The Fulham House was very good value for money. Welcoming staff and was very happy with our food and was good to see they did a child’s menu which we would differently use when we come again with the grandchildren.

it took 50 minutes until our food arrived! we were told the kitchen had a kind of problem, but only after we asked what had happened. it was on Saturday at 15 o'clock, there were also only 3 tables. such a disappointment.

a really chaotic place, and not for a good kind, I fear. Anyone waiting for food has forgotten the commands, and then, when our arrived, it was a court that I would have done with more money to home myself. would not recommend, I assume that its existence is up to a great location, as I do not fathom, which otherwise recommends it.

The food took a long time to arrive and other customers were served a cooked breakfast before us. The order was incorrect and it took a long time for them to bring the correct items. Service was poor and unattentive staff even in a small cafe with just a few customers. I had to ask for salt and it took 10 minutes to be brought. They have not got the basics sorted. Tables are overcrowded even for pre-covid times and it is very difficult to get around. Food was good and well presented.
