"We stayed with dog and without reservation after arrival at the Gut Ising on a Sunday. Despite great riding tuners, we quickly got a table. View on the lake is very nice, beer garden very nice ambience. Vitello Tonnato was very disappointing, not fresh and “Thunfisch-Mayosauce” was tastefully absolutely nix. Pizza was okay, but has nothing to do with an Italian pizza. Tiramisu was the best of all.Now to the absolute NO GO, our dog was probably the favorite of the waitresses. Dinner for two was by no means possible. After the food was brought to us, we were not left alone in the usual way, no it was cuddly with our dog. If you were to ask, at least as usual, it would have been half as wild. The absolute height was the waitress who came with a handful of treats and started to feed our dog joyfully without asking. "If you are not satisfied as a guest, a bad rating on the Internet is not nice! That's why we tried to tell our concern privately about mail. After writing three times, we did not receive any feedback. The late filling of the jacuzzi, room cleaning, table reservation in the restaurant as a guest not possible, overfilling from the wellness area/pool, volume in all areas allows us to give occasion. We come to this hotel as regular guests for many years to relax. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible, as one feels like in a family fun park. The hotel is now more suitable, not for wedding travelers or lovers, but rather for fun! Who's looking for this is right here."

"Bank Holidays in holiday and weekend destinations are a nightmare for relaxation, especially finding a table, getting service and retaining that relaxed feeling. This place is just a gem. A multistar superior location with gloved service staff is not perceived as a holiday or tourist...place. Part of a hotel, spa and elegant horse riding, golf type pursuits, the restaurant is wonderful. Away from the crowds, the hectic stressed in and out approach associated with many places, the only downside was I felt totally underdressed. Not that the staff made me feel in anyway uncomfortable or behaved unkindly. This reflects their consummate professionalism. We wanted a snack and a coffee. Neither were priced far off the prices from more simple locations around Chiemsee. The location seems to be too secret. There were plenty of seats and the food we did have was as expected. We did not have a formal meal, so I am unable to comment on that, but it would not surprise me if the effort and care taken with what we did experience was not carried to everything they do. A wonderful experience and my absolute go to place on the North East shore of Chiemsee. Alex.,"
