"we have been back at the gate to india for a long time and are no longer as enthusiastic as we used to. the service is very friendly and you don't have to wait for so long to eat, but there seems to have been a lot of quality for that. despite the increased prices, the portions are shrinked. the bright light and the sleek table linen did not exactly contribute to the ambiente. for someone who often and likes to eat Indian, the evening was rather disappointing"

The food is expensive if you consider other Indian restaurants. Quality is average. We ordered Bindi masala and biryani and it was very average. though people are nice but good is just like any usual restaurant.

not particularly pretty as a restaurant, but eating is generally very good, with my favorite is the juicy king prawns cooked in several different flavor mixtures, all delicious. the only thing I tried and I didn't like is the samosa: too fat. the rest. comes in massive portions and generous, hearty taste.

We have ordered delivery twice since moving to Germany and both times it has been from Gate to India. There delivery is pretty quick around 30 minutes and the food is so good. Great value for the amount of food you receive. We have tried...indian all around the world and this is some of the best we've had. The chicken tikka masala was especially good. And they even gave us a complimentary mango lassi with our meal.
