In my opinion this is the best wirtshaus restaurant in Freiburg. Wonderful food, great friendly staff and a good selection of seasonal specialities and drinks

One of the very few locations in Freiburg to eat with the real Gasthaus feeling. The meals are very tasteful and always a lot to eat. The staff is always very friendly and fast. This place is a must if you visit Freiburg

Here we were invited to a Christmas party. The ambience is very large. I find the urinals as you can see here in the pictures, these are trumpets. The food was also very recommended. The prices of the drinks were okay. Here you can eat well!

This is great if you're in the mood for classic German pub food. The staff are friendly, the beer is delicious and the food amazing. I would recommend either the Schnitzel, or the Kasespaetzle. Both great value and delicious! Make sure if you're heading here...on the weekend to book as I've had trouble getting a table before

Well equipped with screens, large TVs and projectors so you can follow the game whereever you're sitting. The Golden Star Inn is a restaurant with beer garden in the Beurbarung district of Freiburg. It is located near the main cemetery. My friend and I often go to eat there. It has actually become our tribal place. It was an Italian before. The food is just delicious. There are German home cooking. Late lice, homemade mouth swaps, beef roasts etc. Just recommended. There is also always a daily or weekly offer. Mostly food of the season. The staff is totally friendly and very fast to use.

The Golden Star Inn is highly recommended. When we wanted to order a table at 17:00, it was unfortunately not possible because most tables were already occupied. The alternative was: look into the TV room Smoking Tat scene, eating or coming past, and maybe what is free. We decided to come forward and were lucky.
