Gourmet Burger Kitchen

Great friendly service, excellent burger with choice of toppings. Went for lunch before my train, prompt delivery with burger cooked to your requirements.

I went here for a quick Lunch with a family member, It was excellent, staff were friendly and service was prompt. the burgers were excellent and we had skin on Fries, I would definitely be returning when next visiting the area.

Was not impressed by having to join their WiFi then download their app just to order my food and pay for it, no surprise they had waiting staff sitting around eating dinner as they had nothing else to do, no orders to take or payments...

Nice burgers and chips, takes forever for the food to come once ordered. I've been here several times it's the same. Also the staff are nice enough (and overworked) but sometimes don't listen to simple requests. Slightly irritating as its every time I come.

Great burger, didn't take breath between bites, so good, I had the cheeseburger, my partner had the panko satay, she gave me a quarter, was even better than mine, non overpowering satay taste with a really great piece of panko chicken, one criticism, the deconstruction...

Took my Grandson to Rugby in Bath so popped in for something to eat. Saw the mixed reviews so was not sure about the place. However, we had nothing but excellent service. Easy to order from the bar. The internet was working to well to order at the table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Food was just has quick. Lots of it. Hot and tasty. We both enjoyed the experience. Would go again.

Came here recently for a quick pre theatre lunch. The restaurant was busy but not overcrowded and we were seated quickly. Choice of ordering at the counter or via the app makes it easier at busy periods. Food was delivered quickly and was generally good, although the portion sizes seem to have reduced somewhat and the prices increased since the last time I was in a GBK. Only downside was the toilets upstairs and along a poorly lit corridor so not ideal for the partially sighted.

When we arrived at 12.30pm we actually thought the place was shut. The doors were closed and no-one was sat outside. It looked quite gloomy inside as it’s in a railway arch but it was apparent there were no customers. Unusual as all the other eateries around were clearly busier. However, we tried the door and they were open. Once inside it wasn’t gloomy, it must have been the glass causing that effect. Shame as other potential customers may have been put off. The service was great (all the staff just for us) and the food was delicious. The burgers are cooked to your specification and although I requested well done, mine was still juicy. Not at all dry.
